Very nice find. Pinarello Maxim from 1987/88. Ex owner said that he was a bicycle mechanic for a Yugoslavian bike equipe. They bought 10 bikes Pinarello Montello direct at the Pinarello factory in Treviso. At Pinarello offered to him to try new tubes Columbus Max and he was very excited to get this frame. It's one of the first Pinarello MAXIM's. The paint was the same, but in very poor condition. Decal set made by BiCals.

Definitely not a Maxim IMO – they were TIG welded and first arrived in 1992, but appears to be
Columbus Max tubing and have Pinarello castings. Maybe a prototype.

Hi, I didn’t use a colour code, but it was mixed as the colour scheme of the original frame.
